At the age of 50 he became the general manager of a financial group, in that journey not only did he aspire but also played a significant part in bringing up others. Look Good, Feel Great and Live Full

Fitness is typically viewed as a great tool to lose weight or look good. In fact, that was the very reason that got me into it a few years ago but recently I have come to realise it’s much more than simply aesthetic improvement. Here I am at 40, having lost 40 odd pounds, feeling fantastic and probably the best version of myself ever. As great as I feel, I’d be even happier if I can inspire many others to take up fitness and re-discover themselves.
